Playdate presents Einmal Immer at Landmark.
Einmal Immer are Stephan Meidell (baritone guitar, electronics), Espen Sommer Eide (electronics, Buchla modular synth) and Øyvind Hegg-Lunde (drums, percussion) — three of the most active and distinctive musicians and sound artists in Norway. Together they have shaped a language marked by spontaneity and detailed texture.
Their debut album came out in autumn 2025 on Playdate Records, marked by striking variation of genre and abrupt turns within individual tracks. The band’s name nods to German krautrock and translates as “once and for all” — an embrace of the immediate and the unresolved.
