Superføkk release their self-titled debut album (Fysisk Format) on 4 September, and two weeks later they celebrate with a release concert at Landmark — with an afterparty at Kennel.
Superføkk are a bristling new project that veers off at inexplicable angles. With a foot in many camps, they set out to break down established genre conventions and build a sound entirely their own. Drawing on jazz and noise rock, electronica, prog and no-wave, expect music packed with eclectic ideas. Founded in a dark studio at Bergen Kjøtt in 2024, they have since played countless shows on Bergen’s biggest stages and won first place at Eggstockfestivalen 2025. Superføkk is neither easy listening nor pop — it’s immediate and danceable, but also wild, hard-boiled, improvised and idiosyncratic. The line-up is Victor Skullerud (drums), Eik Stavem (bass), Ole-Hellik Lobben-Seth (guitar/synth) and August Ramstad (saxophone/percussion). Welcome!
