Thursday 19th March, it’s time for a concert with artists from Bergen and Haugesund! Frio from Haugesund is coming to us and Bergen’s own WILLSEN is on stage at Landmark! Come join us!
Frio is a young band that mixes pop-punk, good vibes and a hint of shoegaze in a blissful mix. With songwriter/producer Clark Pacala at the forefront, they play energetic songs about youth and nostalgia – In true Haugesund style! Here you will find catchy melodies, relatable lyrics and a fast pace. Frio are ready to serve you the 90s again! We have released 3 singles that have been extremely well received by the press and fans, including P3 Urørt! Feel free to continue the conversation if this sounds interesting!
Willsen
William Øvreseth Stellberg, better known by the stage name Willsen, is a young and promising rapper from Bergen who has distinguished himself as one of the city’s most exciting voices in hip hop. In just three years in the game, he has managed to build a solid foundation through energetic live performances on both small and large stages, as well as collaborations with a number of young artists and producers – both locally in Bergen and nationally.
With roots in the Bergen rap tradition, Willsen delivers lyrics full of personality, humor and sharp observation, which has earned him the reputation as one of Bergen’s new wordsmiths. In November 2024, he released the single “Eg e fet” in collaboration with the rap collective Hele Penalet, which was well received and confirmed his position as an artist to follow.
Now Willsen is active with his debut album Flere Sider Av Samme Sak, which is now also available on vinyl, where he continues to develop his unique expression and build on the Bergen spirit that inspires his music.
What is UFLAKKS?
UFLAKKS is a concert series for and for youth between 14-20 years old. With us you can learn all aspects of arranging concerts such as booking, production, finances and marketing! We focus on creating better concert offers for those under 18 and over the years have arranged concerts with names such as Honningbarna, Sløtface, Kjartan Lauritzen, Hudkreft, Undergrunn and many more!!
