Frieze New Writers: Participants in Bergen 2025

Co-organised with Bergen Kunsthall, Frieze New Writers will take place from 4-6 April.

We are pleased to announce the selected participants:

They will join us in Bergen from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland. With the 3-day art writing course, led by editors of frieze magazine, Bergen Kunsthall aims to support art criticism within the Nordic countries and strengthen the infrastructure for discourse.

The Office for Contemporary Art Norway (OCA) will partner with us on this project. Frieze New Writers in Bergen is a collaboration between Frieze and Bergen Kunsthall, in partnership with the Office for Contemporary Art Norway (OCA), and supported by the Norwegian Embassy in London and Berlin.
