As we have moved from summer to a many-hued vivid display of colors as the trees change into their autumn attire, After School Special is thrilled to present an equally colorful interdisciplinary programme at Landmark Bergen! The evening is an ode to those autumn moments where the spectacular blurs into daily life, routines, work, pleasures, romance, all lingering in the crisp autumn air.

These three boys are coming to Bergen all the way from Oslo. Although they all are used to working individually, this will be their first time ever to perform in this constellation. Expect a multisensory, ambient experience.
Jason Dunne
He/him
Installation of found wooden logs in the foyer between Bergen Kunsthall and Landmark. For the past year, Jason has foraged discarded logs from across Bergen, filling crevices in their top side with soil and charcoal to catch wild seeds, growing wildflowers and weeds blown across the urban landscape.
Nina Eriksson
She/her
Performative reading “butch renaissance tear well: GAY JOBS (work king title)”.
The work reads as something between a cover letter and a deeply unserious job interview. It deals with the purpose of and access to work, pleasure in work and affirmation, and desire and sexuality in the body and as informed by ideals of productivity.
WARNINGS: Partial nudity, brief mention of sexual harassment
Sasha Salin
She/her
Performing “I´m your venus” – a shaving choreography.
Ida Blomdahl
She/her
Ida will show her sound installation “Are you hungry?”. A voice coming through from the inside of a Foodora-backpack, ”I can make you satisfied”, ”I can come now, straight to your door”.
