Marte Dahl (1989, Norway) works mainly with performance both live and for the camera, including video, photo- graphy and costume design. The primary subject for her artistic practice is the body, asking questions such as, what possibilities and limitations does certain objects or materials propose in relation to the body? For the past two years she has been focusing on exploring materials, movement and sound, by creating a series of wearable installations, or “body instruments”, that will be activated through live performance.
