About Playdate:
Playdate embraces music that uses improvisation in one form or another – everything from minimalistic improvisation to noise rock. Most often, two bands with a different conceptual starting points are invited, in the hope of gathering a different audience to experience new types of music and expression. Playdate aims to create a unifying scene for all instances of improvisation, where genre and hype are irrelevant, and music and creativity are at the center.
