Dronehenge vol VIII: Saturnalia Magic Playground   Landmark  Concert

After a hiatus the length of a human pregnancy The Henge is reborn to yet again set ablaze the northern skies from within our most beloved temple of Saturn, Landmark.

Bringing in some fresh sacrificial blood for the high priests, we will as always be playing two sacrilegiously mind bending sets of approximately 40 minutes for your ears to devour and your mind to expand to. We shall (a bit prematurely we confess) kick off the start of what the poet Catullus called "the best of days" with the ritualistic salutation of this most joyous of festivities;

Io Saturnalia!

We hope to see you there!
We'll leave you with this quote by the philosopher Seneca, eerily resonant through the millenias;

"It is now the month of December, when the greatest part of the city is in a bustle. Loose reins are given to public dissipation; everywhere you may hear the sound of great preparations, as if there were some real difference between the days devoted to Saturn and those for transacting business. … Were you here, I would willingly confer with you as to the plan of our conduct; whether we should eve in our usual way, or, to avoid singularity, both take a better supper and throw off the toga."

Let's avoid singularity together, and make this thursday in the darkest of months something truly special.
